Burnin' Up

This picture of Colin doing a fakie hop is dedicated to the first snow fall of the year. The snow is not all that bad, considering now we will spend more time fundraising for our skatepark. Any recommendations for fundraising feel free to send an email over to mordenskatepark@gmail.com.

Our skatepark coalition would like to have our own t-shirts. Let this be your first task at working towards getting the park. The deadline for t-shirt designs will be January 11th, 2010.

Feels like yesterday...

It feels like it was only yesterday, when the Fort Garry Park was brand new and the only thing holding Matt's frame together was the 10 layers of paint. I can not believe he rode that frame for that long. This park is the newest addition to the skateparks in Winnipeg.

Winkler Skatepark

Design

With the help of Skate Concepts, Wes Reimer, and the skatepark crew this is the final design for the skatepark.
